14.5 MIles on the bike.
I had planned a 20 mile bike ride and my back tire blew out at the 14.5 mile mark. I was SO bummed. Oh well!

Cobb Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing (Panera Bread)
1 Bowl of Broccoli Cheese Soup (Panera Bread)
1/2 of baguette (Panera Bread)
1/2 (small bag) kettle cooked chips (Panera Bread)
1 Lagre Dunkin' Donuts Coolata (YIKES).
1 Diet Caffeine Free Coke
1/2 bag of microwave popcorn.
It was a good day.
